Super professional and friendly, the staff here kept me comfortable, relaxed, and informed about everything that they were doing during my visit. The treatment was 5-star and I was looked after and made to feel like an old family friend rather than just an anonymous customer. Great service and fantastic people, they're my family's go to people for all our dental care needs.Today I had a dental emergency. Dr. Smith saw me within ten minutes of calling and explaining my problem. I would like to again express my gratitude to Dr. Smith, his fantastic dental assistant today, and the all the staff in the office. They all went that extra yard to put me at ease and provide me with the type of excellent care that I have received on every single visit myself and my family have received here.

How can I describe the excellent amazing customer service? I have received from this family dentistry on top of great customer care and excellent bedside manner. Their are sense of urgency and care and concern for their patients is amazing. My daughter needed an emergency inspection done when it git infecred and swelled up overnight That happened in her jaw over the weekend. Dr.Smith did not hesitate to come in on his day off for an emergency to see my daughter and get her seen. We where so scared she had to got to ER and not only did he show up on his day off, but he asked other staff to come in to help,Also alleviate the pain that my 13yr old daughter was in it was such an emergency to where she might have had to go to the E R. If he wouldn't have seen her today, the care in the concern that he took for my daughter as if it was his own made me realize how much this office really helps out and looks out for their clients. I'm a patient here now for almost 2 years and I will continue to be a patient and refer everyone I know to lacour family Dental and Dr Smith. Also Mrs Amanda is the reception is up front. She took care of my daughter as if she was her own. She made her feel safe and comfortable even on my daughter was scared and in a lot of pain. MS. Joy is also another great office personnel person that also that also came in to assist with my daughter and help me figure out best insurance plan to get with my job ,they really are jack of all trades there! I had a great experience at Lacour Family Dentistry. I scheduled an appointment for an exam and biannual cleaning. I was greeted upon arrival. I waited less than 2 minutes for my hygienist, Christina, to take me back. Christina was very friendly and professional. Christina was very knowledgeable with not only general dental practices but also my personal dental needs. Christina also made me aware of the new technology for utilizing AI to help identify possible dental issues that could be overlooked on a regular xray examination. She made me feel very comfortable and was a joy to talk to. Upon checking out, office personnel handled the filing of the claim with the insurance company. I highly recommend this provider. This provider is well rounded in knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and technology advancements.

Dr. Smith has been our family dentist for almost 10 years. We drive close to an hour each way for dental treatments in his new office in Lilburn when there are plenty of other dental practices around us in Alpharetta, and one literally 3 minutes walking distance from our home. He has done excellent dental work for our entire family and has been very competent, professional, kind, and personable. Throughout the years, Dr. Smith has earned our trust, respect, and high regards for the quality and integrity of his work. His office staff are pleasant and great to work with. I am not sure how they do it but they manage to turn the normally painful dentist visit into a very pleasant experience.

My coworker recommended this practice and I'm very pleased with the overall service. The front office was very friendly, my dental assistant Vince, was super kind and attentive. I had a broken tooth that needed immediate attention and I was very apprehensive about loosing my tooth, but Dr. Smith worked diligently to save it and I could not be happier. He has a bedside manner that is beyond words, he called me by my name throughout the process which was a lengthy one (I'll spare you the details). Overall I could not be more pleased. Broke a tooth last night (turned our it was a crown). They got me in this afternoon. I wasn’t a patient, but my wife is. My insurance was a pain in the @$$ but they were patient while I got it straightened out. Then Dr. Jeremy and Vince made me a new crown. Worked well past quitting time to make it right.I never leave bad reviews (enough people do). I will always leave one which is deserved. Spot on- this is my new dentist.
